LAUREN HARPER

Owner, Certified Personal Trainer


Lauren is a NASM certified personal trainer and owner of our private, training studio, VITAL MVMNT. She has been training and coaching clients in the southwest Louisiana area since 2020.

Her services include muscular strength building, weight loss, endurance running, and mobility. 

“I haven’t always been into fitness. In fact, most of my childhood and young adult years were spent significantly overweight and inactive. I didn’t play sports; I HATED running;  I never wanted to try new things; I was shy, self-conscious and living in constant fear of what other people thought of me. It wasn’t until my early twenties that I realized my health was holding me back from living the life I had envisioned for myself. 

It was in 2012, when I decided to make a change. I decided to start taking care of the body I had been blessed with and put in the work I knew necessary to make my goals a reality.  I didn’t do it alone though. Over the years, I have been coached by other fitness professionals who gave me the tools I needed to overcome the unhealthy lifestyle I had grown accustomed to.

I have lost nearly 80lbs, married my biggest supporter, gained two precious children and have built a life that I truly LOVE living. Working with a personal trainer not only helped me get physically stronger and healthier, it helped me understand just how incredible it is to receive the gift of HEALTH. 

Now I am blessed with the opportunity to give that gift back to our community by offering a gym and that is inviting to all fitness levels.

You don’t have to be an athlete to train with me. You don’t have to be an extrovert to feel a sense of community. You don’t even have to know what a burpee is to get a good sweat!  You just have to show up, and commit to putting in the effort it takes to live the life you dream of living. 

Our team will be there to guide you every step of the way. You’re strong and you are capable.  You can do hard things.”
